Hi folks! It’s been five months since WNA made its debut online and I just have to say that I am absolutely thrilled with how well it has been received in and out of the trans community. Thank you everyone who has left me encouraging comments and constructive feedback. I apologize for not having the time to respond to each of the comments, but know that I really, really appreciate them!
I know I ought to be blogging along with the comic since part of its intrigue is knowing that there is a living, breathing human behind these depictions and ideas, right? Unfortunately, between a full-time job and trying to get into grad school I haven’t had much time to blog. Well, from now on I resolve to do what I can to offer glimpses into my life when I post strips! For starters, here is the work desk at which I drew today’s comic:
It is a fish pillow. Sometimes I like to draw on the floor so I can watch Netflix, but I wouldn’t recommend it for those who are concerned with quality inking and/or back health. If you would like to learn anything more interesting about me, perhaps we can run into each other at this year’s Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference, which I am attending from June 2nd-June 4th.
Ta!
These comics are awesome! Keep ’em coming!
It’s pleasing to see more comics with an emphasis on the Trans-Person’s point of view. Keep up the Good Work! <3
