Contrary to the plot of today’s comic, I did plenty of gender-pondering over this past weekend at the Philly Trans-Health Conference. And there were plenty of genders to ponder. The PA Convention Center was filled with such wonderful gender variation from tranny femme boys to gothic andro dykes, and here I was – a boring ‘ole female to male transsexual. It made me almost feel like a republican.
It was certainly fun times, though.
By the way, my friend Rio Aubry Taylor has an art blog that you can look at here: http://lightriot.com/. Rio attends the Center for Cartoon Studies, which sounds like the grad school I should have chosen. But no, I had to go for the MSW. I’d better get a career out of it is all I can say.
Ahhhh the comic is so true!
And the person who referred me to your comic told me that there was a lot of variation. When I heard there were trans women who started off presenting as BUTCH, I was like… o____o what? Is that even possible?
Also I think your art is better than mine. Anyway I will give you a plug and it should help with readers. Keep it up, I like your stuff. :)
Yes, it’s days like those that make it worthwhile. Luckily, they happen more and more as time goes on.
Awesome comic man! I’ll keep this one on my daily to-do-list.
very nice comic. LUV IT SO FAR! keep it going ^_^
Thanks for this! Good trans webcomics are in short supply, trans male webcomics even moreso.
