Haha, Omg I love this. Just found this whole comic series and they are really good so far. I just had to comment on this one though because it is so me. In fact, the other day someone asked me why I looked waaayy younger than I am and the first thought that popped into my head was: “because I haven’t gone through puberty yet, duh” even though I’m 20. Good thing I didn’t say it, though, or I’d be getting some strange stares.
I had an experience just like that a few months ago. I wasn’t typically being read as male back then but this time I was. A group of 3 teen girls (probably around 13?) started talking to me and stuff. When I told them I was in college they didn’t believe me until I showed them my college ID. Then one of them asked why I looked so young. I just said probably cuz I’m so short. So then they made me stand up (I had been sitting on a bench this whole time) to see how short I was and I was shorter than every single one of them. Funny thing is, that was still an awesome day because not once did they call me anything but “he.” :)
