Actually, not really mixing metaphors that bad at all! Bruce Banner’s only The Hulk because they were trying to re-create Captain America’s Super Soldier Serum+VitaRays combo using Gamma rays. He was injected with a not-as-good recreation attempt at Dr. Erskine’s original serum, and that plus the gamma ray blast…well, instead of killing him, it Hulked him out! so he TECHNICALLY has super soldier serum in him, too. Just….not the actual good kind like what Cap had.

With a little bit more work Mel will be able to wield the legendary hammer Mjölnir just like Iron Man! He’ll be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound like Batman! He’ll be able to read people’s thoughts just like Magneto! … uh, something about Squirrel Girl.

That aside, I always feel like a superhero when I can do stuff at the gym. Then I look in the mirror and realize my face is so red it looks like I burst a blood vessel.
