This one really suits how I feel right now. I had this old friend of mine how learned I was trans, telling me just how I was supposed to do things. Like I have to change the way I laugh and everything like that.
Whenever I read “how to pass” guides, I always skipped the “mannerisms” parts. I paid attention to them in the very beginning, but then it just turned out that wasn’t who I was.
I’m tiny and flamboyant, and I refuse to act differently — my girliness makes me pass better than forced masculinity.
